What is the Return & Exchange Policy?
Merchandise in perfect saleable condition with original receipt may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date except for high watches, high jewelry, and personalized or made-to-order items (including hot stamped or engraved products), which are final sale only. Returns or exchanges of watches or jewelry must include the packaging, instructions leaflet (with warranty certificate), and product certificates (such as COSC and GIA).
A refund of the original purchase price may only be made in the same form of payment, currency and country/region as the original purchase.
Exchanges will be accepted in any freestanding Reflet Moderne store excluding Brazil, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, India, Jordan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Lebanon, Mexico, Russia, Thailand, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam. For merchandise purchased at a freestanding Reflet Moderne store, refunds are not available at department store locations and exchanges are not available at Nordstrom locations. Online purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged at department store locations.
PayPal purchases may only be exchanged or returned at our online store.
Merchandise purchased from a department store may only be refunded at the same department store brand or exchanged for product of equal or greater value at the same department store brand or a freestanding Reflet Moderne store.
Exports: Clients planning to export items are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in connection with such exports.
What shipping options are available?

Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We offer a standard shipping service to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.
- Standard Shipping:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase confirmation. Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 8 business days.
*Please note that all deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on your location, weather conditions, and other factors.*
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Complimentary for orders over $150.
- For orders below $150, a flat shipping rate of $20 will apply.
*Currently, we do not offer express or next-day delivery options.*
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to follow the journey of your package and see the expected delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with your delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or if the recipient is unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

What are the accepted payment methods?
On RefletModerne.com, you can use the following payment methods:
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
The amount will be charged to your card upon the shipment of the corresponding item(s). RefletModerne.com offers a Quick Purchase option that allows you to save your credit card information so that you do not need to re-enter it for future purchases.
PayPal: Easily make purchases online without having to enter your credit card information on the website. Your account will be charged once the items have been shipped. To create a new PayPal account, please visit paypal.com.
Please note that pre-orders cannot be paid for using PayPal.
How do I return or exchange my online purchase?
To return or exchange an item purchased online, please follow the steps below:
1. Initiate a Return : Contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange.
2. Prepare Your Return : Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
3. Ship the Items : You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Attach the label to the outside of your return package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
4. Processing : Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 days. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) as soon as the original items are received and approved.

How can I obtain a duplicate invoice for my Reflet Moderne purchase?
To obtain a duplicate invoice for your Reflet Moderne purchase, please follow these steps:
1. Check Your Order Confirmation Email : When you made a purchase on RefletModerne.com, an invoice was included in your order confirmation email. You can download the invoice directly from this email.
2. Access Your Account : If you are a registered customer, log in to your account on RefletModerne.com. Go to the "My Orders" section, where you can view and download a duplicate invoice for any of your past purchases.
3. Contact Customer Care: If you are unable to find the invoice in your email or account, please contact our Customer Care team at support@refletmoderne.com . Please provide your order number and any other relevant details, and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining a duplicate invoice.
*Please note: Once an order is confirmed, it is not possible to modify the information provided, and we cannot issue a new invoice with different details.*
